Job Description:
We’re looking for a Manager - AI-Enabled Process Transformation to reimagine how our business runs by integrating AI and automation into core processes. In this role, you’ll identify high-impact opportunities, redesign workflows for scalability and resilience, and partner across technology and business teams to drive measurable results. You’ll serve as a trusted advisor on process transformation, foster cross-functional collaboration, and guide a team of experts to deliver continuous improvement. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Process Strategy & Redesign
- Lead enterprise-wide efforts to reimagine and redesign business processes for AI integration and automation.
- Identify high-impact opportunities for process optimization that align with strategic goals and enterprise architecture.
- Develop and maintain a portfolio of reengineering initiatives with clear value realization metrics.
- AI Integration & Enablement
- Partner with data science, engineering, and IT teams to embed AI capabilities into redesigned workflows.
- Ensure that reengineered processes are scalable, resilient, and aligned with responsible AI principles.
- Collaborate with the Readiness & Adoption and Workforce Transformation leads to support change management and user enablement.
- Operational Excellence & Innovation
- Apply Lean, Six Sigma, and design thinking methodologies to drive continuous improvement.
- Establish process documentation standards and governance for AI-enabled workflows.
- Monitor performance of reengineered processes and iterate based on feedback and analytics.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Serve as a strategic advisor to business units on process transformation and automation.
- Collaborate with Finance, Technology, Compliance, and Risk teams to ensure alignment with enterprise controls and investment priorities.
- Represent the AI Hub in enterprise forums focused on operational transformation and digital innovation.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- May lead a team of process analysts, automation specialists, and transformation consultants.
- Define team goals, performance metrics, and development plans aligned with enterprise AI strategy.
- Provide coaching, mentorship, and succession planning for process transformation talent.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
- Deep expertise in business process reengineering, operational excellence, and intelligent automation.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML technologies and their application in business workflows.
- Experience leading large-scale transformation initiatives in complex, matrixed organizations.
- Proficiency in process modeling tools, automation platforms (e.g., RPA), and performance analytics.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Familiarity with enterprise architecture principles and change management practices.
EDUCATION AND TRAINING:
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s in Business, Engineering, or related field preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in process transformation, operations, or digital strategy roles.
- Certifications in Lean Six Sigma, BPM, or intelligent automation platforms are a plus.
- Experience in AI-driven transformation or enterprise technology programs is strongly preferred.

In addition, as a part of our total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Vertex Bonus Plan (VOB), a role-specific sales commission/bonus, and/or equity grants.
