Your Role:

The Manager, Aftersales Business Operations – EAI Robotics will be responsible for developing, executing, and scaling Aftersales operational support for Faraday Future’s Robotics products. This role will ensure Robotics Aftersales programs are operationally sound, scalable, compliant, and client driven as products move from development into market deployment.

This position blends strategic planning with direct execution, requiring close coordination with Engineering, Quality, Finance, Supply Chain, Legal, and external service partners. This role will directly influence customer experience, product reliability perception, and long-term service sustainability for Robotics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute the Aftersales business operations strategy for EAI Robotics products, aligning service, parts, warranty, and support models with FF’s mission and long-term business objectives.
  • Aftersales Operations: Oversee Robotics Aftersales operations, ensuring consistent customer support experience, high operational standards, and scalable service readiness as products move to market.
  • Service & Support Execution: Define and implement end-to-end service, parts, warranty, and technical support workflows to support Robotics programs throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Partner & Vendor Management: Establish, manage, and optimize external service providers and support partners as required to enable effective Robotics Aftersales coverage.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Engineering, Quality, Product, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing teams to support issue resolution, technical escalation, and continuous improvement.
  • Performance Management: Develop, track, and report Aftersales KPIs related to service performance, customer satisfaction, cost, and operational risk to executive leadership.
  • Training & Enablement: Support the development and rollout of training programs for internal teams and external service partners to ensure consistent service quality and technical capability.
  • Financial & Budget Oversight: Manage budget planning, cost controls, and operational efficiency for Robotics Aftersales programs.
  • Customer Experience: Promote customer-first ownership and support experience across all Robotics touchpoints, ensuring clear communication, responsiveness, and issue resolution.
  • Compliance & Governance: Ensure Robotics Aftersales operations meet applicable regulatory, audit, and compliance requirements, supporting documentation, traceability, and governance standards.

 Basic Qualifications:

  • 10 years of experience in retail, sales, or direct-to-user environments, with 2+ years in management role. Automotive or tech industry experience is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related discipline, or practical experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams in a retail or sales environment.
  • Strong focus on delivering high-touch, user-first experiences.
  • Proficiency in CRM and sales tools (e.g., Salesforce); data-literate and KPI-oriented.
  • Able to work cross-functionally with teams in marketing, sales, service, and operations.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving company with ambitious goals.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of electric vehicle or sustainable mobility sectors
  • Experience launching or scaling DTC (direct-to-user) retail channels
  • Familiarity with digital and omnichannel sales tools

Annual Salary Range:

($130,000.00 - $150,000.00 DOE), plus benefits and incentive plans
