At Netflix, the Ads Marketing team leads the development of our Global GTM Strategy, oversees the execution of initiatives tied to key industry tentpoles, liaises with Research & Comms on all Thought Leadership executions and partners with the brand team to create our B2B positioning and brand identity.

The Manager, Ads Marketing scaled channels will focus on building the future of how Netflix connects with advertisers and partners at scale. You will be a key architect in the strategy, creation and optimization of content for our scaled channels across web, CRM, social and new mediums.

Your mission is to ensure our brand and value proposition travels far, fast, and consistently — reaching the right audiences with impact. You’ll work with multidisciplinary teams to develop strategic approaches to fueling brand and business growth unlocking the creative potential of ads offering.

  • Own the scaled channels strategy — defining priorities, audience approach, and channel mix to drive awareness and engagement for Netflix Ads.
Plan and execute campaigns across social, web, CRM, and other emerging B2B platforms.

  • Build repeatable workflows that allow us to scale content creation, approval, and publishing without losing creative edge.

  • Leverage marketing technology to streamline and enhance B2B content distribution and measurement, identifying and implementing tools that improve efficiency and impact.

  • Ensure seamless integration between marketing platforms, analytics tools, and content workflows to support end-to-end campaign execution.

  • Manage relationships with vendors and partners to ensure delivery of high-quality, scalable solutions that align with our goals.

  • Balance global and local needs — create toolkits, templates, and modular content for easy adaptation by regional teams.

  • Partner cross-functionally with creative, brand, comms, and insights teams to ensure alignment and amplify high-impact stories.

  • Measure and optimize performance — define KPIs, track results, and apply insights to improve reach, engagement, and efficiency.

  • Stay ahead of trends in scaled content distribution and marketing technology, ensuring we remain differentiated in the entertainment + advertising space.

Qualifications:

  • An understanding of the CTV/OTT/Streaming landscape

  • 10+ years of experience in Ads or B2B marketing, product marketing, digital advertising or marketing communications.

  • Proven experience in marketing technology management, preferably within the digital advertising industry

  • Strong understanding of ad tech platforms and data analytics

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

  • Ability to work in a highly cross-functional environment to drive stakeholder alignment and scaled communications.

  • Analytical and organizational skills, and the ability to communicate effectively in person at all business levels and effectively navigate ambiguity

  • Ability to develop and implement creative ideas, partner with agencies, and carefully manage competing projects with tight deadlines.

  • Work closely with product and sales teams to develop product strategy, positioning, and messaging.

  • Help inform the development of new measurement products based on advertiser feedback and market insights.

  • You have an entrepreneurial mindset and are eager to flourish in our unique company culture (see Who We Are).

At Netflix, we carefully consider a wide range of compensation factors to determine your personal top of market. We rely on market indicators to determine compensation and consider your specific job family, background, skills, and experience to get it right. What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
