Job Summary
This role serves as a strategic liaison providing guidance and support between Ad Sales Teams, content providers, OEM partners, and programmatic platforms. The ideal candidate will oversee the integration of content channels, manage sales resources, and ensure operational excellence through data-driven analysis and process development. Integrates and configures content provider channels to be distributed on the Xumo Play app, Xumo devices and channel syndication customers. Coordinates the distribution of sales materials and ensures resources are available to the Advertising Sales teams. Analyzes operations to ensure operating standards are met. Provides support to department personnel. Creates and implements performance standards. Develops processes and procedures to implement functional strategies.
Job Description
Core Responsibilities
  • Plans daily activities and assigns tasks, ensuring all tasks are carried out according to proper policies and procedures and are in accordance with the overall functional strategy.
  • Creates and maintains financial reports including revenue, forecasting and budget analysis.
  • Facilitates sales materials and resources needs. Coordinates the distribution of sales materials and resources.
  • Works closely with assigned advertising sales teams to understand and track schedules for major initiatives and advertising campaigns. Monitors adherence to master advertising production timelines.
  • Monitors ad inventory and recommends strategies for optimum utilization.
  • Interfaces with Ad Sales and other departments to coordinate ad packages, sponsorships and ad options being offered.
  • Creates work performance standards. Remains available to Advertising Sales Team and resolves operational questions and issues.
  • Implements operational policies and procedures.
  • Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
  • Maintains regular, consistent and punctual attendance; must be flexible to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
  • Manage trafficking and optimizations of ad campaigns across direct and programmatic channels, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
  • Maintain ad server configurations, troubleshoot discrepancies, and ensure compliance with technical specifications.
  • Support onboarding of new demand partners and ensure seamless integration with ad tech stack.
  • Coordinate with QA teams to validate creative assets and ensure proper functionality across devices.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Salary:
Primary Location Pay Range: $96,768.36 - $145,152.54
Additional Range: This job can be performed in New York City with a Pay Range of $92,561.04 - $151,463.52
Comcast intends to offer the selected candidate base pay within this range, dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience. The application window is 30 days from the date job is posted, unless the number of applicants requires it to close sooner or later.

Most sales positions are eligible for a Commission under the terms of an applicable plan, while most non-sales positions are eligible for a Bonus.
