We're adding talent to our roster of R&B ONLY LIVE hosts.
We're looking for male hosts who have incredible stage presence and are passionate about R&B. The ideal candidate is knowledgeable of R&B music from past to present.
R&B ONLY LIVE hosts must know how to control crowds of thousands of live music fans and possess the hosting skills listed below.
- Comedic riffs

- Confidence
- Articulate
- Ability to dance (not required but preferred)
**EVERY CANDIDATE MUST SUBMIT THE TWO APPLICATION VIDEOS LISTED BELOW. WE WILL NOT REVIEW SUBMISSIONS WITHOUT VIDEO SUBMISSIONS.**
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with R&B ONLY team to develop and adjust hosting scripts and monologues for live shows
- Travel to various cities across North America for performances at R&B ONLY LIVE shows as needed
Minimum Qualifications
- 1-2 years of hosting live events
Application Video Submission Instructions
- Video 1: Imagine you are on stage opening up an R&B ONLY LIVE show. You must introduce the event, yourself, and the DJ. After your introduction, use a 30-40 second window to talk about unity and diversity in the crowd. Build it up and lead this into the DJ starting her opening set. No longer than 3 minutes.
- Video 2: Footage of a live event that you have hosted in the past (if available).
- Video submissions should showcase stage presence, unique style, and crowd interaction. Submissions must have clear audio and video quality.
- To submit the videos, please upload them as separate, unlisted YouTube links and include them in the "additional information" section of your application.
