Role & Responsibilities 

1. Macro-Focused Crypto Research     
- Produce institutional-grade research on “crypto market macro drivers”.
2. Cross-Functional Collaboration

3. Track record of connecting crypto trends to traditional finance.  
4. Advanced data analysis skills (Python/R for time-series modeling, SQL for cross-dataset queries).  
5. Craft concise, evidence-based summaries for time-sensitive macro updates.  
6. - Experience maintaining partnerships with policymakers, institutional allocators, or cross-border research networks.  
7. Thrive in remote teams, prioritizing tasks amid rapidly shifting macro conditions.
