Following our acquisition by CoreWeave in 2023, we’re looking for a Project Manager to join us in expanding what is becoming an indispensable part of the filmmaking toolset! Our ideal candidate has analytics and business knowledge, with a willingness to expand their capabilities. You’ll have a passion and curiosity for the data behind the M&E business, and help us create better efficiencies that help IT decision-makers, render wranglers and artists alike.

We need you to manage data and analyze the way we operate our M&E business. As Project Manager, you’ll help consolidate development milestones, internal usage and cost data, build dashboards to track revenue/cost, while identifying and tracking other key metrics and trends on platform usage. Ultimately, you’ll be a key player in growing our ecosystem and giving the internal stakeholders key insights into how the industry is shifting their demanding and expensive workflows into the cloud.

 

What You’ll Do:

  • Analyze datasets and uncover key insights
  • Assist in data optimization, summary report generation
  • Uncover key insights from usage, revenue, and cost data analysis
  • Work with CoreWeave M&E leaders on data collection
  • Aid and assist in competitive analysis, web presence comparisons 
  • Create summaries to support business owners
  • Assist in managing project development milestones

 

What You’ll Need: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business or equivalent
  • Enthusiastic team player happy to wear many hats, and excited about participating in a fast-paced and ever-changing startup environment
  • Proven experience analyzing data to determine trends, future requirements
  • Excellent analytical skills 
  • Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or similar 
  • Excellent organizational skills while managing multiple ongoing projects

 

Nice-to-haves:

  • Masters in Data Science, Data Analytics, or similar 
  • Experience with database queries, dashboards, and generating summary reports

The base salary range for this role is $98,000 to $135,000. The starting salary will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. We strive for both market alignment and internal equity when determining compensation. In addition to base salary, our total rewards package includes a discretionary bonus, equity awards, and a comprehensive benefits program (all based on eligibility).

Our Workplace

While we prioritize a hybrid work environment, remote work may be considered for candidates located more than 30 miles from an office, based on role requirements for specialized skill sets. New hires will be invited to attend onboarding at one of our hubs within their first month. Teams also gather quarterly to support collaboration
