Primary Responsibilities:

• Use comprehensive knowledge of Business Intelligence and Datawarehouse applications and best practices to create and design sophisticated, imaginative and efficient reusable Reporting solutions across multiple browsers for various devices and operating systems.
• Design reusable components by utilizing various standard frameworks.
• Evaluate requirements and initial mock-ups; make technology recommendations that support optimal construction, maintenance and performance.
• Leverage the latest developments in Internet technologies.
• Serve as a technical resource and mentor.

Experience:

• (with Masters) 7+ years of programming experience in building enterprise web solutions
• (with Bachelors) 10+ years of programming experience in building enterprise web solutions

Qualifications:

• Strong proficiency in React.js and experience with other JavaScript frameworks (Vue.js, Angular, etc.).
• Deep knowledge of Node.js and NestJS for building robust back-end services.
• Experience with microfrontends architecture and best practices.
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and WebSocket.
• Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases (e.g.MongoDB, PostgreSQL, MySQL)
• Strong experience in using modern JavaScript,TypeScript, and ES6+ features.
• Knowledge of modern front-end tools and workflows (Webpack, Babel, etc.).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems like Git.
• Strong understanding of web performance optimization techniques.
• Experience in writing unit tests and using testing frameworks (Jest, Mocha, etc.).
• Hands on experience publishing of various kinds of interactive data visualizations and dashboards
• Ability to work in a fast paced and agile development environment.
• Experience in building scalable, maintainable applications using modern web technologies
• Ability to technically document software deliverables through use cases, design documents and technical specifications.
• Motivated to drive tasks to completion and take ownership of projects.
• Must have a strong ability to understand existing codebase by efficient debugging, code analysis, and by asking the right questions

Desired Skills

• Knowledge of BI Tools like Looker, Tableau or Power BI
• Experience with Snowflake, Postgres, Dynamo or Mongo db is a plus.
• Familiarity with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience with test-driven development in an agile software environment.
• Experience working with clients in a professional services organization.
• Experience building large-scale web applications using Single Page Applications.
• Experience translating design mockups and prototypes into working application designs.
• Have developed or supported an operationally critical web service.
• Demonstrated passion for user experience design and improving usability.
• Demonstrated passion about technology, have a strong interest in learning about and playing with the latest technologies

Base Compensation: $90,000 - $118,000

CDK Global is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Compensation packages are based on several factors, including but not limited to skills, experience, certifications, and work location.  The total compensation package for this position may also include annual performance bonus, benefits and/or other applicable incentive compensation plans.We offer Medical, dental, and vision benefits in addition to:
