ABOUT THE ROLE:

The Logistics Project Manager will manage critical supply chain operations, ensuring smooth product movement from vendor warehouses to Amazon's Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) network. This role offers the opportunity to grow within Front Row Group’s structured career progression framework, with a focus on developing logistics expertise, analytical skills, and operational leadership.

The Logistics Project Manager will not only own complex middle mile supply chain tasks but also be asked to operate in lanes of ambiguity.  This employee will utilize their background, experience, and available data to deep dive logistical product & data flows, seek to understand potential headwinds & cost drivers, and then design/implement scalable solutions.  This job requires creativity coupled with complex problem solving.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Problem-Solving:

    • Identify supply chain inefficiencies, analyze root causes, and implement corrective actions.
    • Work closely with internal stakeholders to mitigate risks, resolve shipment issues, and improve operational workflows.

Collaboration and Communication:

    • Serve as a liaison between logistics, demand planning, purchasing, and client-facing teams.
    • Provide real-time updates to clients and internal teams on shipment statuses and key logistics metrics.

Data and Process Management:

    • Analyze logistics data using Google Sheets, SQL, and proprietary tools to provide actionable insights.
    • Manage detailed reporting on shipping performance, cost tracking, and 3PL performance evaluations.

International Marketplace

    • Develop/implement logistics product flows across international marketplace (US to EU/UK, EU to US, etc.)

Inventory Management:

    • Monitor stock levels and perform routine reconciliations across multiple warehouses.
    • Develop and maintain robust tracking mechanisms to identify inventory discrepancies early.

Shipping Operations:

    • Prepare, review, and validate shipping documents, including compliance with Amazon routing guidelines.
    • Track and manage routing requests in Amazon Seller Central, ensuring all deadlines are met.
Requirements

Education and Experience

  • Direct experience with Amazon Seller Central and managing FBA shipments is strongly preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Business Management, Operations, or related fields.
  • 3-4 years of experience in logistics, supply chain management, or inventory operations.
  • Strong understanding of international product flow including tariffs/duties/VAT implication for EU/UK/Other International marketplaces
  • Optional but a plus; Experience working with third party providers (3PLs), contract negotiations & execution

Technical Skills

  • Experience using various Ai tools to support development of tech solutions
  • Advanced Excel/Google Sheets: Proficiency in data analysis, macros, and formulas to generate logistics reports.
  • Experience with NetSuite or similar tools is a plus.
  • Familiarity with logistics management systems and 3PL software platforms.
  • Experience with SQL or other technical analysis tools would be advantageous to any applicant

Salary: $70,000 - $100,000
