We are seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Procurement Analyst to support sourcing, carrier and supplier performance analysis, and continuous improvement across logistics procurement activities. This role partners with procurement, transportation, operations, finance, and suppliers to analyze spend, identify savings opportunities, improve service performance, and support data-driven decision-making across air, ocean, parcel, and related logistics categories.

Location: Wrocław, Curie-Skłodowskiej 12 

Work model: Hybrid (Office-Based Monday-Thursday, Flexible Fridays)

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze freight, logistics, and procurement data to identify cost-saving opportunities, service trends, and sourcing risks.
  • Support sourcing events, bid analysis, rate benchmarking, and supplier selection for logistics-related categories.
  • Monitor carrier and supplier performance against service, cost, quality, and compliance expectations.
  • Prepare reporting and dashboards on spend, savings, contract utilization, service levels, and supplier performance.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into procurement and logistics recommendations.
  • Review contracts, pricing structures, and operational data to identify opportunities for process improvement and value creation.
  • Assist in bid preparation and communications.
  • Assist with supplier onboarding, documentation, and ongoing performance reviews.
  • Support forecasting, budget planning, and procurement analytics for transportation and logistics spend.
  • Help maintain procurement data accuracy, reporting integrity, and compliance with internal policies and external requirements.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives that streamline logistics processes and improve reliability and efficiency.
  • Maintain rates in Oracle Transportation Management.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • Experience in procurement, logistics, transportation, supply chain analytics, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret large data sets and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
  • Proficiency in Excel and experience with reporting tools, ERP systems, transportation management systems, or procurement platforms.
  • Understanding of sourcing, supplier management, transportation operations, and basic contract principles.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
  • High attention to detail, organization, and follow-through.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting freight categories such as ground, air, ocean, parcel, warehousing, or related logistics services.
  • Knowledge of supplier scorecards, cost models, and freight or transportation performance metrics.
  • Experience with strategic sourcing, RFP analysis, or contract support.
  • Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies and process mapping.
  • Experience working with global or multi-regional logistics networks.
