Primary Responsibilities
- Be SME's for the end-to-end logistics execution
- Asses new capabilities and technology as User acceptance testers (UAT)
- Gather operation requirements for new launches, new archetypes and changes on the end-to-end logistics execution.
- Initiate, implement and support innovative initiatives to improve the customer experience.
- Curious and fast active learner through experimentation when tackling new problems, using successes and failures as learning fodder.
- Ability to embrace constant changes and build resilience with flexibility, open mind and positive attitude in high-energy and fast-paced environment.

- Support and propose strategic, automation and cost saving initiatives.
- Drive and lead actions and projects impacting the operational processes within and beyond the assigned flow or specialist area.

- Establish a governance process for system access, including activation and maintenance
- Lead the change in order to be one step ahead and contribute to a future proof organization. Continuously learning stakeholder requirements and driving change needed to align with them.
- Oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure business needs are being met.
- Applies job specific skills and extensive knowledge of the flow for which they are an SME to provide input into recommendations for improvements.
- Makes decisions that require choosing between multiple options to resolve complex problems. Makes decisions within guidelines and policies.
- Works under limited supervision. Performs assignments using established procedures and general instruction on the process and desired outcome.

Level of Education
Bachelor's or master's degree, university degree or equivalent through experience in a supply chain related discipline.
Experience
- 5 years of experience in a supply chain, project management and business analytics roles delivering best in class customer service to enhance the customer experience.
- Experience in Project Management.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Good understanding of the end-to-end logistic order management execution process (from order to customer delivery)

- Excellent verbal and written skills in English.
- Excellent communication (written and verbal), listening, documentation and comprehension skills.
