Role Overview

LiveU is looking for a hands-on and motivated AMR Logistics Coordinator to manage and execute logistics activities across the Americas region.

This role is responsible for end-to-end shipment execution, coordination with warehouses and subcontractors, and ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of products to customers and internal locations.

The position requires close collaboration with the AMR operations team, Order Management, Support, global logistics, and multiple third-party warehouses and subcontractors.

The ideal candidate is execution-focused, detail-oriented, and proactive, with a strong sense of ownership and a drive to improve logistics processes and efficiency.

The role reports to the AMR Operations Manager with a dotted line to Global Logistics Manager.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute customer shipments based on requests from Order Management, including sales orders and support cases (RMAs, replacements, returns) 
  • Decide what to ship, from which location, and when, based on inventory availability and priorities 
  • Create and execute shipments directly in ERP / shipping systems 
  • Coordinate with warehouses, 3PLs, and subcontractors to ensure shipments are processed as planned 
  • Track shipments and proactively resolve delivery issues 
  • Execute stock transfers between warehouses based on planning and operations requests 
  • Support international and domestic shipping activities 
  • Work with logistics service providers in the US and abroad, including shipping companies and customs agents
  • Prepare shipping documentation and commercial invoices for international shipments
  • Prepare bills of lading for carrier companies
  • Identify opportunities to improve shipping processes, reduce costs, and increase efficiency  

Location: Hackensack, NJ (Hybrid)

Salary: $60k-$70k annually



  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or similar 
  • 3+ years of experience in logistics coordination or shipment execution 
  • Hands-on experience with ERP systems and Excel 
  • Experience working with warehouses, 3PLs, or subcontractors 
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, respond quickly to issues, and follow through to resolution 
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a service-oriented mindset and high sense of ownership 
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally in a global environment
