Position:

One of the largest independently owned document imaging dealers in the nation is currently seeking a Logistics Coordinator at our Agoura Hills, CA office. Responsible for complete supply chain and logistics operations, managing warehouse inventory, equipment transport scheduling, third-party vendor coordination, and customer installation timelines.

Essential Job Duties:
  • Coordinating with customers for upcoming equipment installations

  • Attaining carrier quotes

  • Coordinating trucking schedules for equipment delivery
  • Obtaining Install/deinstall rentals ie Forklifts/tow trucks
  • Scheduling and maintaining the storage of equipment
  • Unloading/loading equipment in warehouse
  • Reviewing and processing equipment orders
  • Processing and ordering part and ink inventory
  • Obtaining RMAs and processing them with the vendor
  • Monitoring supply chain operations
  • Work with high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize, organize, problem solve and meet deadlines and goals
