Job Summary
We are seeking an organized Logistics Coordinator to manage our supply chain operations. You will coordinate shipments, optimize routes, and ensure timely deliveries.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and track the shipment of final products according to customer requirements.
- Coordinate wrapped logistics operations with drivers, warehouses, and carriers.
- Prepare accurate shipping documentation, including bills of lading and customs forms.
- Negotiate shipping rates with third-party transport providers to lower costs.
- Resolve emergent transit delays or cargo discrepancies immediately.
Qualifications
- BSc/BA in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Logistics Coordinator or similar role.
- Knowledge of logistics software (ERP, TMS) and Excel.
