Exploding Kittens is seeking a Full-Time Temporary Logistics Coordinator to support our Logistics Team to support our Logistics Team in ensuring the smooth execution of day-to-day supply chain operations. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and possesses strong communication skills. 

You’ll work closely with our Logistics and Operations teams to coordinate freight, support order fulfillment, and ensure our global shipping runs smoothly. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on organization, loves problem-solving, and wants to gain hands-on experience in the logistics engine behind a fast-paced tabletop games company. Bonus points if you know your way around spreadsheets and you enjoy turning chaos into calm.

HOW YOU'LL CONTRIBUTE:

  • Maintain, route and update freight shipments both domestically and internationally
  • Prepare and submit freight and customs documents 
  • Approve and enter freight invoices into ERP
  • Review purchase orders for accuracy and submit for approval 
  • Submit B2B purchase orders to 3PL warehouses for fulfillment, ensuring orders are accurate, on-time and pursuant to vendor guidelines 
  • Respond to retailer inquiries and refer to appropriate channels in a timely manner; arrange one-off shipments as needed

  • Job Scope may change based on business need.

WHAT WE NEED:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Preferred experience with EDI and ERP software systems and freight/port regulations and guidelines
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in customer service, logistics, or a related field
  • Strong verbal and written communication skillsProven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Highly self-motivated with the ability to work independently
  • Excellent organizational skills and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and Google Workspace (Calendar, Docs, Sheets)
