Logistics Coordinator - Export Documentation

American Trading International, Inc. (ATI) is a service-oriented export trading company that brings U.S. food and beverage products to more than 80 markets worldwide.

We are looking for a detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator - Export Documentation to support accurate, compliant, and timely international shipments. 

What You’ll Do
•Prepare Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Bills of Lading, Certificates of Origin, FDA documents, and country-specific export documents.
•Track document and order status to meet customer, carrier, and internal deadlines.
•Follow customer SOPs and international export-documentation requirements.
•Coordinate with Sales, customers, carriers, trucking companies, warehouses, and internal teams.
•Identify documentation discrepancies and escalate delays or compliance risks.
•Support FDA filings, notarizations, legalizations, certificates, and telex releases.
•Maintain complete, accurate, and audit-ready shipment records in SAP.
•Process documentation amendments and post-shipment corrections.
•Support timely invoice submission and month-end closing.

What You’ll Bring
•High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
•Two to four years of logistics, export documentation, supply chain, customer service, or related experience.
•Knowledge of international shipping and export documentation.
•Strong attention to detail, communication, and organizational skills.
•Ability to manage multiple priorities and time-sensitive deadlines.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office; SAP experience preferred.
•Positive, professional, and proactive approach to problem-solving.

Compensation and Benefits
The hourly pay range is $24.00 to $29.00, commensurate with experience.
