In this role, you are a key point of contact for local Business within our Central & Eastern Europe Logistics, CS&L and Business Teams. You manage the interactions between business stakeholders (Logistics Operations in particular) and you input & support the Sourcing Strategy and its execution over our Transport and Warehousing scopes. You also manage the local implementation of regional and/or global projects.
How you will contribute:
You will execute the daily procurement agenda by acting as the single point of contact for the procurement function at a site, in a country or country cluster, and will oversee the daily interaction with plants, supply chain, commercial teams, quality assurance, sourcing teams and suppliers. You will work in close collaboration with other Team members accountable for the strategy development. You will also deliver performance management of our Vendor pool, specifically for the Logistics area, and in collaboration with Logistics Operations Department.
You escalate issues when needed, and support business continuity planning implementation. You support the execution of sourcing projects and execute sourcing/spot-buying or contracting activities as agreed with the accountable colleagues and Business partners. You look for sustainable resolutions and look at always improving our standards & practices.

- Proficiency in communication in English and Ukrainian.
- Procurement and / or Logistics operations at country or wider level.
- Experience in business negotiations and / or running sourcing events.
- Communication and interpersonal skills that help you be proactive and manage stakeholders.
- Customer service orientation and strong Continuous Improvement mindset.
- Team Player attitude, prone to elaborate with others.
- Problem solving to ensure timely resolution of challenges.
- Working well under pressure, managing multiple priorities, dealing with ambiguity.
- Motivation for the Logistics and wider Supply Chain area, willingness, and ability to learn.
