QUALIFICATIONS

BA/BS in Computer Science or related field.

Salesforce Certified Administrator (ADM 201) credential

Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I (or II) credential

5+ years of experience developing Force.com, Apex, Visualforce applications. Demonstrated ability to design scalable architectures and adhere to coding best practices.

Expertise in programming using VisualForce, Force.com, Java, JavaScript, and XML and their use in the development of CRM solutions.

Extensive experience with configuration, customization, and programming with Apex APIs, triggers, classes, and web services and implementing new instances of SalesForce.com from scratch.

Expertise in Salesforce Chatter, Salesforce Mobile, and AppExchange deployment.

Proven ability to collaborate with UX designers, QA, and product owners in creating user tests and prototypes.

Proven metrics-driven, data-oriented mindset. Expertise tracking meaningful KPIs that monitor performance and ensure ongoing success of applications.

Experience working with Atlassian software development tool suite (JIRA, Confluence, Bitbucket) preferred.

Experience in an analyst role, leading requirements gathering and configuration efforts on a variety of projects helpful, but not required.
