JOB DESCRIPTION:
Are you a visual storyteller who lives and breathes Los Angeles culture? We are looking for a high-energy Content Creator. You will be deeply embedded in our daily operations—filming in our office, capturing the action in our warehouse, and going on "ride-alongs" to active project sites. Your goal is to build massive trust with homeowners by creating educational, process-driven content that showcases the genuine care we put into every home improvement project.
If you know how to stop a thumb from scrolling in under 1.5 seconds and can turn a raw iPhone clip into a cinematic masterpiece, we want to talk to you.
IDEAL CANDIDATE:
  • You have experience in content creation and have successfully grown accounts using platform best practices.
  • A background in home and lifestyle content is a major plus.
  • Currently based in the Los Angeles area with a strong understanding of local culture, trends, and neighborhoods.
  • Understands how to relate to a target demographic that values stability, home-life improvements, and genuine daily routines.
  • Highly proficient in iPhone cinematography, mobile lighting, and external microphone setups.
     
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in content creation with a portfolio or active accounts demonstrating audience growth.
  • Expertise in mobile videography and editing tools.
  • Ability to deliver high-quality video content within a 24–48-hour window.
  • Confident, engaging, and comfortable on camera, including interacting with staff and the public.
  • Reliable transportation for project-site ride-alongs across Southern California.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • End-to-End Production: You are responsible for the full creative cycle, including scripting, filming, and editing 3–5 high-impact videos per week.
  • Showroom & Product Feature: Act as the on-camera guide to our showroom, highlighting specific flooring, kitchen, and bath products to help homeowners visualize their transformations.
  • Educational & Process Content: Film "Behind-the-Scenes" footage in the warehouse and office to explain our materials, logistics, and planning phases.
  • On-Site Ride-Alongs: Travel across Southern California to project sites to capture "Before & After" transitions and document the step-by-step remodeling process.
  • Brand Humanization: Conduct informal interviews with our team members to showcase the people behind our 40-year legacy.
  • Lead Generation Strategy: Create videos that answer common homeowner questions and addresses pain points to drive traffic to our accounts and generate qualified leads.
