What you'll do:
You have proven experience and a passion for delivering seamless live video production. Your keen eye for detail, technical expertise, and ability to react under pressure ensure flawless execution, even in fast-paced environments. With strong communication and organizational skills, you’ll be involved in the daily production of a livestream broadcast. You will assist the team in the management of streaming video, cameras, and audio systems.
In this role you will:
- Assist with or lead the production of daily live streams
- Work with the team to integrate new technologies
- React quickly to resolve issues in live production, maintaining the quality and flow of the broadcast
- Conduct pre-show video and audio checks with studio and virtual presenters to troubleshoot and ensure that production quality meets network standards
- Incorporate real-time graphics, overlays, and transitions to elevate the visual quality of live broadcasts
- Contribute to creating a standardized pre and post-production workflow
- Occasionally run a Sunday afternoon stream as part of a rotating producer schedule
- Fill in for the in-studio producer in Naples, FL on an as-needed basis
What you'll need:
- 3+ years of experience in Live Streaming, Video Production, or related field
- Experience managing a well-trafficked YouTube channel
- 1GB or better Internet connection, Fiber preferred
- Strong knowledge/understanding of:
- PTZ Cameras
- vMix or Tricaster software
- NDI video signals
- IP Network processes such as Port Forwarding
- Video production equipment
- Audio production equipment
- Live streaming (Stream Deck, Companion, Video switchers, Streaming encoders/decoders)
- Streaming codecs and transport protocols such as SRT
- Superior attention to detail
- A strong team player with a positive attitude
- Proactive ability to troubleshoot and handle the unexpected
Bonus points for:
- Experience broadcasting for a live YouTube channel
Compensation:
The salary range for this role will be $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 USD annually. In addition, this position will also receive an annual target bonus of up to 8%. Bonus pay at NinjaTrader is based on individual performance (50%) as well as company/team performance (50%).
Salary and bonus earnings are only two components of the total compensation package offered by NinjaTrader. NinjaTrader offers a 401K plan through ADP under which the company will match up to 3.5% of employee contributions. Annual PTO allowance begins at 15 days per year (some positions may qualify for more) plus seven paid holidays. Additional details on our total compensation package and benefits are listed below.
Location:
This role is primarily remote with occasional need to travel to our studio in Naples, FL. Applicants must be based in Florida.
Hybrid:
For Chicago-based employees, we follow a hybrid work schedule: In-office Tuesday through Thursday, with remote work on Mondays and Fridays. In addition to these weekly remote days, we offer:
- 20 additional flex remote days annually
- 5 Company Wide Office-Optional weeks tied to major holidays
