Goldin is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Los Angeles-based Live Stream Producer to plan and execute live broadcasts, including live auctions on eBay Live. This role brings together content production, ecommerce, and audience engagement, and is critical to delivering polished, high-performing live experiences.

The Live Stream Producer will manage end-to-end live stream production, from concept development and run-of-show planning to live execution and post-event analysis, producing seamless broadcasts that drive engagement and sales. This person will be supporting a new project, working with a global sports franchise, and must be willing to work a flexible schedule, including some nights and weekends as needed.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in live production, preferably with experience in digital live streaming. They should have a strong background in project management, development, communication, and problem-solving. Bonus if the Producer has knowledge of and passion for sports and pop culture collectibles. Experience with on-camera hosting is also a bonus, but not required.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Produce and manage live stream broadcasts, including auctions and content streams on Goldin’s eBay Live
  • Los Angeles-based with the ability to work a flexible schedule, some nights and weekends, as needed.
  • Own run-of-show development, including scripting and timing.
  • Coordinate live talent, hosts, and subject matter experts during broadcasts
  • Collaborate with consignment teams to curate compelling live lineups
  • Develop engaging formats that highlight key items and maximize bidder participation
  • Troubleshoot live issues in real-time and adapt quickly under pressure
  • Manage pre-show setup, rehearsals, and post-show wrap processes
  • Track and report on key performance metrics (GMV, engagement, conversion rates, peak viewership)
  • Use insights to continuously improve live programming and production quality

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

  • 5+ years in production, with experience in streaming preferred.
  • Identifying, Developing and Producing on-camera talent.
  • Experience running live shows or events in fast-paced environments
  • Deep knowledge of the Los Angeles professional basketball landscape, with an understanding of its players, culture, events, and trends.
  • Experience building, launching, or scaling a physical studio or production space, including the ability to evaluate an early-stage production environment, identify operational and technical needs, and partner with cross-functional teams to develop a scalable studio.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Strong communication and on-the-fly problem-solving abilities

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

  • Experience with collectibles, sports memorabilia, or trading cards
  • Background in ecommerce, auctions, or marketplace platforms
  • Familiarity with eBay Live or similar live shopping platforms
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Suite (Premiere, Photoshop, After Effects)
  • On-camera hosting experience

Additional Details

The base pay range for this position is expected in the range below:

$71,600 - $123,400

Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including location, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a target bonus and restricted stock units (as applicable) in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as PTO and parental leave). Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.

If hired, employees will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
