About the Role

As a Litigation Strategy Associate, you’ll be the connective force between attorneys and the expert insights that strengthen their cases. This role blends legal analysis, strategic consulting, and project leadership in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.

You’ll work harder than your peers, but you’ll also accelerate faster—building skills and relationships that set you apart in your career.

What You’ll Do

Strategic Client Partnership

  • Lead in-depth case intake conversations with trial attorneys nationwide.

  • Analyze case strategy and design targeted expert witness search approaches.

  • Translate complex legal needs into clear, actionable insights.

Project Leadership

  • Manage end-to-end client engagements across multiple service lines.

  • Ensure precision, timeliness, and quality on every deliverable.

  • Monitor client usage and proactively optimize engagement.

Relationship Management

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to attorneys throughout the litigation process.

  • Present findings and recommendations to senior legal stakeholders.

  • Anticipate challenges and provide solutions with confidence and professionalism.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Arts preferred

  • 1-2 years of client or customer service experience is beneficial

  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy are mandatory

  • Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities, and the ability to communicate them in the interview

  • Demonstrated ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills

  • Proven track record of meeting deadlines and managing multiple priorities

  • Natural problem-solver with a creative approach to challenges

  • Previous experience in legal, research, or professional services industries can't hurt!  ;-)
