We are seeking a dynamic, experienced Litigation Attorney in Texas with 7+ years of insurance defense experience to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle a broad range of insurance defense matters, including personal injury, construction, premises liability, and trucking cases
  • Manage cases independently while also collaborating effectively with team members
  • Conduct regular court appearances, hearings, and depositions
  • Communicate with clients and prepare monthly status reports
  • Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality work product
  • Maintain an average of 180 billable/collected hours per month, unless otherwise approved by firm management

Experience & Requirements

  • 7+ years of insurance defense litigation experience
  • Strong analytical, written, and verbal advocacy skills
  • Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision
  • Licensed and in good standing to practice law in the State of Texas
  • Dual licensure in Texas, Oklahoma or Arizona is a plus

Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive salary: $160,000-200,000+ with bonus opportunities
