Make your mark in an innovative product through impactful client collaboration and crafting exceptional solutions that cater to clients' needs.
As a Senior Product Solutions Associate in Liquidity and Account Solutions, you are a significant contributor to a team that defines and configures complex product solutions for key client relationships and prospect opportunities. You draw from research and client feedback to develop unique product solutions in partnership with Sales and coordinate with product teams to support new product development. You are responsible for acting as the voice of the customer by understanding their needs and communicating feedback to the Product teams.
Liquidity Product Solutions Specialists (PSS) are responsible for leveraging JPMorgan Payments' Liquidity and Account Services offerings to develop solutions to meet customer objectives. This includes our leading suite of deposit, cash concentration, notional pooling and virtual accounting products. Successful PSS members provide specialized advisory to help customers realize treasury efficiencies and future-proof their organization across complex events (e.g. M&A) as well as new business opportunities (e.g. deployment of platform business models).
Job responsibilities

  • Supports the strategic definition and configuration of optimal solutions that address clients' needs and objectives through collaboration with our clients and other internal teams such as Sales and Product
  • Contributes to the construction of pricing proposals and value analysis reports to demonstrate product benefits to clients
  • Delivers compelling oral and written presentations with associated technical skills in building sales decks and training collateral
  • Establishes forums to coordinate across the Product Solutions team to enable a successful configuration of solutions
  • Becomes familiar with partner products/services (e.g. payments, blockchain, API's) to help JPMorgan payments wide proposition, including how these can complement liquidity solutions
  • Develops expertise in emerging needs of client's front-offer commerce ambitions, including how our solutions can optimally support marketplace, payment facilitation and stored value activities
  • Engages customers, peers and product partners to provide thought leadership opportunities to drive internal/external transformation
  • Leads solutioning and the adoption of existing and upcoming client-facing products and capabilities while defining and configuring optimal solutions that address clients' needs and objectives
  • Serves as a subject matter expert on a defined set of products and capabilities with a deep understanding of our clients' needs and current industry trends
  • Supports Sales in pricing, pipeline planning, account planning, and upskilling the team on product knowledge by collaborating on training and collateral materials
  • Engages with client teams to better understand pain points and refine solutions while regularly communicating critical client feedback to Product teams to inform the strategic product roadmap


Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • 3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in problem-solving on a team within a cluster of products
  • Experience supporting the sales cycle by producing sales decks, training collateral, pricing proposals, and value analysis reports
  • Experience in financial services or related field; Advanced Payments/Cash Management knowledge
  • Experience modifying preconfigured solutions to meet complex problems
  • Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed and complex organization
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Proven client-facing experience
  • Critical thinker who can digest complex topics and distill into simple themes
  • Ability to collaborate in a team setting with multiple functional partners; effective communicator both written and verbally
  • Sole-contributor who can create bespoke pitch books/analyses in support of business development
  • Able to handle multiple parallel threads with a high degree of organization


Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Familiarity with Bank regulatory framework (e.g. LCR, GSIB, etc...)
  • Understanding of Corporate treasury and Money markets
  • Client monies and associated regulation, have good awareness of applicability in the context of licensed Payment institutions (PI), Electronic money institutions (EMIs), MSBs/e-money (wallet)
  • Deep understanding of capital market dynamics, and consequent application in the context of corporate treasuries (currency/risk management, hedging programs)
