Our Mission: To create conditions wherein people thrive

As a highly reliable Lifestyle Assistant Specialist, you will act as the primary execution engine for our personal concierge service. In our workflow, our planning agents map out the logistics and generate detailed instructions. Your ultimate KPI and measure of success is executing those prescribed processes precisely and efficiently. You will be the human voice and hands of the operation—handling a wide variety of requests such as calling dealerships, booking flights, negotiating with vendors, sourcing gifts, and securing hard-to-get medical appointments, among others.

Core Responsibilities

  • Process Adherence (Primary KPI): Strictly and accurately follow the detailed action plans and workflows provided by the planning team to ensure consistent, high-quality outcomes for the client.

  • Execute Logistics: Turn instructions into completed actions (e.g., booking flights, finalizing summer camp registrations, purchasing gifts) efficiently and without missing details.

  • Vendor Communication: Confidently call external businesses—including car dealerships, medical offices, event venues, and retailers—to gather information, negotiate availability, and confirm bookings.

  • Multisystem Navigation: Efficiently juggle multiple CRM systems, booking platforms, and communication channels simultaneously.

  • Roadblock Resolution: While process adherence is your main KPI, you must use independent judgment to overcome immediate hurdles within that framework (e.g., if a doctor's office is booked, pivot to the approved alternative using your AI tools rather than stalling the workflow).

Target Experience & Background

  • Experience: Minimum of 6 months to one year in a BPO, call center, or remote customer support environment.

  • Verbal Communication: Premium conversational English skills. You must be able to speak confidently with gatekeepers, assertively negotiate with vendors, and project a polished, "white-glove" tone.

  • Written Communication: Solid written English for professional, clear, structured documentation and correspondence.

  • Technical Proficiency: Tech-savvy, highly adaptable, and completely comfortable utilizing AI tools to speed up daily workflows.

Key Competencies

  • Process-Oriented: You thrive on following blueprints. You understand that following the designed steps ensures the highest quality outcome for the client.

  • Practical & Task-Focused: You understand the overall goal and independently translate directions into smooth daily execution.

  • Self-Driven Problem Solver: When a step in the process hits a real-world snag, you take the initiative to fix the issue on the spot rather than waiting for step-by-step guidance.

  • Reliable & Detail-Oriented: You manage your own time effectively, keep tasks organized across multiple screens, and deliver high-quality output with minimal supervision.

  • Adaptability and Continuous Learning: Demonstrates the ability to adjust to changing work demands, learn new skills, and adopt more effective ways of working.

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
