Responsibilities

  • Drive Product Adoption & Retention: Create targeted programs to increase the adoption of core features and new innovations. Develop strategies to proactively identify at-risk partners and implement retention-focused initiatives.

  • Partner Journey Mapping: Develop a deep understanding of the customer partner lifecycle, from onboarding and initial setup to feature adoption, expansion, and advocacy. Identify key milestones, potential friction points, and opportunities for engagement.

  • Lifecycle Campaign Development: Design, build, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, in-app messaging, webinars, etc.) tailored to different partner segments and lifecycle stages.

  • Personalization at Scale: Leverage partner data and behavioral insights to create personalized, relevant, and timely communications that help partners get the most value out of all three Peek brands: Peek Pro, ACME Ticketing, and Connect&GO.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Customer Success, Product Marketing, Sales, and Support teams to ensure a cohesive and seamless partner experience. Establish feedback loops to bring partner insights back into the organization.

  • Performance Analysis & Reporting: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for partner retention, adoption, and engagement. Regularly analyze campaign performance, report on results, and use data to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in a lifecycle, customer, or product marketing role, preferably within a B2B SaaS company.

  • Demonstrated experience with agentic AI tools and modern marketing automation to create intelligent, autonomous customer journeys.

  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing programs that drive customer retention, adoption, and upsell.

  • Ability to translate product features into clear partner value, driving revenue uplift and faster time-to-value.

  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp, etc) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.

  • Proven cross-functional partner to Product and Customer Success on retention and expansion goals.

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
