The Impact You’ll Make:

Upside is looking for a Lifecycle Marketing Manager to oversee our email marketing campaigns and ensure they are designed and implemented to maximize engagement and conversion rates. You will conduct A/B testing to improve our marketing strategies and analyze data to inform decision-making and enhance overall performance. Additionally, you will manage and refine B2B marketing operations, coordinating efforts to support our growth and efficiency. You will report to our Head of Demand Generation.

  • Work with the analytics team to manage the lead lifecycle, improve funnel tracking and multi-touch attribution, and understand risks and dependencies for large strategic changes.

  • Measure the success of campaigns in collaboration with the Analytics team

  • Work with marketing partners on program conceptualization, program execution, and success measurement.

  • Uncover opportunities to increase conversion across the lead generation and sales funnel. Using methods such as website A/B testing and optimizing lead routing.

  • Establish and improve scalable marketing processes for campaign and lead generation and management

  • Contribute to the ongoing improvement of and enhancements to our processes and MarTech stack

  • Own lifecycle marketing strategy and execution

  • Own Hubspot and Salesforce campaign structure, creation, and management

  • Own Hubspot landing page, workflow, and Q/A process

  • Own and manage the inbound lead queue and work with sales to distribute leads in a timely manner

Competencies You Have:
  • 4+ years of experience in marketing operations, with a focus on technology, fintech or marketplace apps

  • Experience building and implementing marketing and go-to-market strategies for B2B SaaS technology companies.

  • Knowledge of marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)

  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console)

  • Proficiency in web and A/B testing tools (e.g. A/B Tasty, VWO)

Location:

This hybrid role is required to work at our NYC, Chicago, or Austin offices. In-office attendance is required on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday, and may increase based on project-based needs and changes to Upside’s in-office policy over time.

Compensation:

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $105,000 - $120,000 + equity + benefits. The final starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions.
