We are seeking a dynamic Lifecycle Marketing Manager to lead the execution of email and in-app campaigns for our regional event marketing initiatives. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving event registrations, attendee engagement and post-event nurturing through data-driven, personalized campaigns. By leveraging marketing automation tools, you’ll help create a seamless event experience that fosters stronger customer relationships and supports business growth.

Please note that this is a hybrid position of 3 days/week in our NYC office.


About The Role
  • Lead Event Marketing Campaigns: Develop and execute email and in-app campaigns to increase event registrations, attendance, and post-event engagement
  • Lifecycle Campaign Optimization: Design, test, and refine personalized email workflows and messaging to drive meaningful connections with regional audiences
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with regional marketing, sales, product, and customer success teams to align strategies and enhance event targeting
  • Data-Driven Strategy: Analyze campaign performance (open rates, click-throughs, conversions) and leverage insights to improve results. Conduct A/B testing and continuously optimize efforts
  • Post-Event Engagement: Segment and nurture attendees based on engagement levels, delivering targeted follow-up campaigns to support sales teams and drive conversions

Requirements
  • 3+ years in Lifecycle Marketing, Email Marketing or Marketing Automation, ideally in a SaaS or B2B environment
  • Proficiency in marketing automation platforms such as Braze, HubSpot, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Strong analytical mindset, project management experience, and ability to juggle multiple campaigns simultaneously
  • Basic understanding of HTML, CMS, and data visualization tools like Tableau is a plus
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills to align strategies with cross-functional teams

For New York City-based hires only: Compensation Range: $85,000-$110,000 base salary, subject to standard withholding and applicable taxes. In addition to base salary, the role includes opportunity to receive and/or earn a discretionary bonus and/or equity based on Company’s plans and in accordance with Company’s policies. Compensation finally awarded to the candidate will be commensurate with the candidate’s skills and experience. Compensation ranges for candidates in locations outside of New York City may differ based on the cost of labor and such additional factors for such other locations.
