The Company:
VeSync is a portfolio company with brands that cover different categories of health & wellness products. We wouldn’t be surprised if you have one of our Levoit air purifiers in your living room or a COSORI air fryer whipping up healthy and delicious meals for you every night. We’re a young and energetic company, we’ve had tremendous success, and we are constantly growing our team. As we garner more industry attention – just check out our accomplishments and awards by CES Innovation, iF Design, IGA, and Red Dot – we also need driven and talented people to join our team.
That brings us to you, and what you’ll be joining. Our teams are smart and diligent and take ownership of their work – they’re confident in their work but know how to collaborate with open ears and a spirit of learning. If you’re down-to-earth, approachable, and easy to strike up a conversation with, this may be a great fit for you.

The Opportunity:
We are looking for a Lifecycle Marketing Manager to own and optimize our North America lifecycle marketing strategy across email, SMS, retention, and loyalty. This role will focus on improving segmentation, personalization, and customer engagement, growing our first-party audience, and leading the development of our North America loyalty strategy in partnership with Global and cross-functional teams.
What you will do at VeSync:
- Audit every active marketing campaign and automated/triggered flow in Klaviyo
- Diagnose the open-rate-vs-click-through gap and close it through content relevance, segmentation, and sendtime
optimization - Grow the owned email and SMS list across every touchpoint, not just DTC checkout
- Build ways to capture first-party contact information from customers who discover us through retail and
marketplace channels - Partner with Acquisition on list-growth campaigns and sign-up incentives
- Build and optimize welcome and onboarding flows
- Build replenishment and win-back flows, since filter and consumable replenishment is a natural fit for Levoit and
Cosori - Stand up real behavioral segmentation, using purchase history, engagement, and product category
- Partner with Ecommerce/Data on the upcoming CDP rollout and the long-term segmentation architecture
- Coordinate with the Conversion team on personalized homepage content by visitor type
- Design Levoit and Cosori's North America loyalty strategy from the ground up
Evaluate and recommend how, or whether, to connect to VeSync's existing in-app loyalty program, working
closely with our Global team to align North America's approach with the global strategy
Run referral and UGC/review-generation campaigns - Track repeat purchase rate and CLTV
- Own retargeting strategy for lapsed customers, in partnership with Acquisition

What you bring to the role:
- 7+ years in lifecycle, retention, or CRM marketing, at the Senior Manager level or a strong Manager ready to
operate at that level - Hands-on experience implementing or configuring a CDP (e.g., Segment, Adobe CDP, or similar), including
connecting it to segmentation and personalization programs, not just inheriting one someone else already built - Deep, hands-on ESP experience, including segmentation, flows, deliverability, and testing
- A track record of diagnosing engagement problems, beyond open-rate and deliverability metrics, and fixing
them through content and targeting - Demonstrated ability to build segmentation and personalization without a mature CDP. You're resourceful with
the data you have. - A track record of owning a function with minimal oversight. You're comfortable bringing plans and results rather
than waiting for direction. - Experience designing or launching a loyalty/rewards program from scratch, not only managing one that's already
built - Experience in subscription or replenishment-driven DTC businesses
- Experience growing an owned list through channels beyond direct checkout
- Experience partnering with global or regional teams to align local strategy with a broader company-wide
approach - Experience integrating a DTC loyalty program with a broader app-based or parent-company loyalty ecosystem

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.
