About the role

Position: Associate, Lifecycle Marketing

Location: hello82 | Los Angeles, CA

Work Hours: M-F 9:30AM to 6:30PM


This role supports hello82’s lifecycle marketing efforts across email, SMS, and push notifications. You will help execute campaigns that engage fans, drive conversions, and strengthen long-term customer relationships with global audiences. This is a creative and execution-focused role for someone with initiative who combines strong writing, visual instincts, and marketing curiosity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and deploy email, SMS, and push campaigns across lifecycle and promotional use cases
  • Write clear, engaging copy aligned with hello82’s brand voice and fandom culture
  • Design campaign creatives using design tools like Canva, Figma, or Photoshop
  • Support campaign QA, scheduling, segmentation, and automation
  • Adapt messaging for different channels and audiences
  • Assist with the development and maintenance of lifecycle flows (e.g., welcome, abandoned cart, post-purchase, re-engagement)
  • Support segmentation strategies based on behavior, purchase history, and fan engagement
  • Monitor campaign performance metrics (open rate, CTR, conversion, revenue attribution)
  • Support A/B testing and campaign optimization initiatives
  • Partner with commerce, creative, and operations teams on product launches and campaigns
  • Align messaging with merchandising priorities and release timelines
  • Maintain campaign calendars, trackers, and documentation
  • Identify opportunities to improve campaign workflows, templates, and QA processes
  • Contribute ideas to enhance fan engagement and conversion
  • Manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously
  • Adapt quickly to shifting priorities and fast-moving release schedules
Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of experience in lifecycle marketing, CRM, digital marketing, content, or a related field
  • Strong writing and storytelling skills
  • Visual design skills using Figma, Canva, or Photoshop
  • Familiarity with email and messaging platforms (e.g., Braze, Omnisend, Klaviyo, Iterable, or similar)
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to balance creative execution with analytical thinking
  • Strong communication skills and collaborative mindset
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced environments
Nice to Have
  • Ownership of segmentation, personalization, or automation from 0-1
  • Understanding of customer journeys in e-commerce
  • Familiarity with Shopify or e-commerce workflows
  • Experience in music, entertainment, or consumer products
