We are seeking an experienced life insurance advanced sales consultant who is excited to help our internal brokerage team and their advisors by sharing and educating them on advanced planning solutions and providing advice. This role is 100% remote and can be based anywhere in the U.S.

The ideal Life Insurance Advanced Sales Consultant is someone with...
- 10+ years of experience in life insurance advanced sales - experienced in helping advisors with their high-net-worth clients.
- Experience consulting with financial advisors as well as their attorneys, CPAs, and other professionals to explain insurance planning concepts, tax ramifications, legislative impact and how life insurance can be an important part of their planning.
- Experienced in creating and managing illustrations and supplemental ledgers.
- A thorough understanding of life insurance carriers, their appetites for specific designs and planning concepts, and their products.
- Well-versed in both tax and life insurance.
- A strong understanding of life insurance case design. Amazing communication skills and is able to speak with confidence.
- The ability to truly listen to their advisors and then share that feedback to help the company improve its product offerings.
- Deep understanding of carrier products, premium funding strategies and product flexibility.
- A burning desire to change the life insurance industry. This is a tech company, afterall, and we need team members who want to play a part in building the best life insurance distribution software/products on the market.
- Experience with Winflex and/or Ensight as well as various carrier software.
What you'll do...
- Support Brokerage Managers and Modern Life’s advisors with advanced strategies as it relates to business, estate, and tax planning.
- Run life insurance illustrations and supplemental ledgers to show alternative scenarios for policy performance.
- When required, consult with the advisor’s clients’ financial advisors, attorneys, and CPAs to aid in developing the best financial planning and tax strategies for clients.
- Be hands-on with life insurance complex case design for high-net worth clients while being holistic in your approach to advanced sales to meet client needs.
- Work with a variety of specialized life insurance products as well as multiple carriers and underwriters.
