Job Description
About Us
HiBob helps modern, mid-size businesses transform the way they manage people, giving HR and managers all they need to connect, engage, develop, and retain top talent. Since 2015, we've achieved consecutive triple-digit year-over-year growth, all backed by our amazing team of Bobbers from across the globe, making us the choice HRIS of over 3500 midsize and multinational companies.
Our HR platform is intuitive, data-driven, and built for the way people work today: globally, remotely, and collaboratively. Fast-growing companies across the globe such as Monzo, Happy Socks, Gong, Fiverr, and VaynerMedia rely upon Bob to help them create the best work experiences for their people.
Come and be you with us
Being a Bobber is all about being you. We want you to bring all parts of yourself to work, giving you the freedom and confidence to be the best you and do your best work. If that's bubbly, shy, precise, funny, bold, kind, honest, brilliant, or anything in between, we're waiting with open arms. Come join us.
Who you are
We are seeking a strategic and analytical Life Cycle Marketing Manager to join our team on a temporary basis to cover maternity leave. This role is central to how we engage and convert high-intent leads, from initial awareness through to MQL and SQL stages.
You'll take ownership of our lifecycle programs, working across email, website personalization (Drift, Trendemon, Navatic, Mutiny), and retargeting campaigns to optimize the lead journey and drive pipeline growth. Your work will be guided by clearly defined KPIs and aligned with company goals, using journey mapping, segmentation, and campaign automation to deliver meaningful engagement at scale.
This is not a customer marketing role-it's all about turning leads into revenue opportunities. If you're someone who thrives on strategic ownership, cross-functional collaboration, and performance-driven marketing, we'd love to hear from you.
Job Requirements
What you should have

  • 4+ years of experience in lifecycle, email, or CRM marketing, preferably within B2B SaaS organizations with a focus on lead lifecycle, demand generationת CRO, or email/CRM strategy.
  • Proven track record of designing and executing nurture/automation programs that drive measurable improvements in conversion rates and prospects' retention.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce). Marketo experience is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Deep understanding of B2B user journey mapping and optimizing touchpoints throughout the funnel
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with experience working cross-functionally in a dynamic environment.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with high standards and clear business impact

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in B2B SaaS or technology industries.
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau) and experience presenting findings to stakeholders.

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
