The Licensing Analyst will assist the Legal department by ensuring compliance with licensing regulations, filing applications, tracking changes, and managing regulatory tasks.
A Licensing Analyst, who will join the Legal department to support the expansion of our US operations, ensuring compliance with licensing and regulatory requirements in relevant US jurisdictions.
The gambling industry is complex, technology-driven, highly regulated and constantly evolving. The Legal department plays a central role in the development of the US market, ensuring operational compliance across a wide range of regulatory frameworks and jurisdictions.
You will work closely with the Legal department and relevant departments to submit license applications efficiently, monitor and track regulatory changes, and maintain compliance with local laws.
This role is eligible for inclusion in the Company's hybrid work from home policy.
The salary range for this position is $70,000 - $90,000 annually.

Preferred skills and experience
- Bachelor's degree or a relevant discipline, or relevant professional experience in a highly regulated industry.
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to organize, prioritize and plan multiple tasks.
- Highly motivated and proactive with a desire to learn and develop.
- Team player with strong interpersonal communication skills, possessing the skills to build rapport and trust with stakeholders at all levels.
What you will do
- Assisting with the completion and filing of license applications in required jurisdictions, under the direction of the Legal department.
- Collaborating with other internal departments to assist with the filing of any required occupational license applications.
- Monitoring and tracking occupational and other license filings to ensure compliance with local regulatory requirements.
- Continually reviewing processes and communicating recommendations for improvements to management.
- Maintaining awareness of relevant rules, regulations and legislative requirements as directed.
- Managing assigned regulatory reporting tasks.
