Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Product Management & Execution
- Build and execute multi-year product roadmaps aligned with revenue growth, cost, and risk objectives.
- Proactively identify new lending verticals and market opportunities that expand our portfolio while managing risk exposure.
- Forecast lending business metrics and inform pricing strategies that contribute to growth models across economic environments.
- Create precise, insight driven client and advisor personas that shape product strategy, elevate user experience and accelerate adoption.
- Drive product definition, gather market intel, lead feasibility testing, and validate new offerings.
- Partner with legal, compliance, technology, and operations to deliver compliant, scalable, and client-ready products.
Strategic Partnership & Platform Development
- Lead high-impact partnerships with third-party lenders to source lending solutions, elevate client and advisor experience, and strategically expand and optimize the product platform.
- Source, negotiate, and integrate third-party lending partners to deliver differentiated lending solutions.
- Lead onboarding and oversight of referral lender programs from documentation and due diligence to execution.
- Maintain audit-ready records, track SLAs, and ensure operational excellence across all partner relationships.
- Build prototypes, map user flows, and iterate based on direct advisor and client feedback.
- Establish regulatory and risk policy compliance through streamlined control implementation and audit-ready documentation
Product Delivery and Distribution
- Partner with marketing and distribution to launch impactful campaigns that drive adoption of loan programs.
- Deliver clear, actionable product materials to advisors- process guides, FAQs, toolkits - designed to build advisor confidence in lending and deposits products.
- Monitor field feedback, analyze usage trends, and use insights to drive enhancements and solve friction points.
- Track key KPIs, pipeline metrics, and satisfaction scores; translate data into decisions and scalable solutions.
The Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 7+ years' experience in the financial services industry ; inclusive of at least 5 years of both lending and product management experience.
- 2+ years' experience onboarding, designing end-to-end process flows and managing new product offerings.
- 3+ years of experience working with Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Due to the nature of this position, as part of our background check process, candidates must be able to pass a non-registered fingerprint background check to qualify as a fingerprinted person under FINRA.
The Ideal Qualifications
- 7+ years of lending and product management experience.
- Proven experience in Securities-Based Lending (SBL), with additional exposure to specialized lending areas such as aircraft, yacht, and agricultural financing
- Skilled communicator: proactive and effective written and verbal communication able to effectively align cross-functional teams and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proven ability to organize complex workflows and execute against multiple priorities at speed.
- Sharp attention to detail with a mindset for scalability and operational precision.
- Track record of leading strategic planning, business transformation, or product innovation that delivered measurable growth.
- FINRA Series 6, 7 or 24
