Wells Fargo is seeking a Lending Operations Senior Manager for commercial Banking Operations (CBO) Bilateral Servicing.
In this role, you will:
- Manage and develop large Commercial Loan Bilateral Servicing teams responsible for loan processing, loan monitoring, loan servicing, or exception report servicing.
- Engage and influence stakeholders, internal partners, and peers associated with the Lending Operations functional area.
- Identify and recommend opportunities for process improvement and risk control development within Lending Operations functional area.
- Participate in the formulation and implementation of new and revised systems, policies, and guidelines
- Oversee implementation of practices to ensure compliance with Wells Fargo legal, investor, regulatory, or business policies
- Determine appropriate strategies and actions of Lending Operations team to meet moderate to high risk deliverables
- Interpret and develop policies and procedures for meeting compliance, risk management, and quality standards
- Collaborate with and influence all levels of professionals, including experienced managers
- Provide quality customer service
- 6+ years of Transactions and Processing experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 3+ years of management or leadership experience
- Experience with Bilateral Commercial Banking
- LoanIQ experience
- Proven track record of managing and developing teams in a high-volume environment.
- Demonstrated ability to drive operational efficiency and process transformation within lending operations, utilizing data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Experience driving transformation initiatives, including process and system improvements for new product launches
- Strong background in risk mitigation, compliance, and regulatory requirements within lending operations
- Dedicated to delivering outstanding customer experiences with a strong commitment to excellence in all facets of lending operations
- Ability to work on-site at the posted work location in Irving, TX
- This position offers a hybrid work schedule - 3 days in office / 2 days remote
- This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship.
