Qualifications:

• Contract negotiation experience with a top law firm or financial services company required 
• Experience managing a sell-side NDA process strongly preferred
• Technologically savvy, experience with Google Workspaces and SaaS products 
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Commitment to client service
• Interest in leveraging technology to build efficiencies
• Licensed and in good standing with your state Bar
