Monetization Integrity Manager - Policy Making at TikTok
1. Support Monetization Integrity Team to establish ads safety policy system; 2. Familiar with advertising integrity system of the America region in charge; 3. Maintain close cooperation with Legal affairs, PR, GR, User community, etc. Formulate and update ads safety policies in different countries; 4. Work closely with monetization product team, support launching and updating of products and ads safety policy; 5. Support the optimization of ads safety procedure, able to update, release, and manage ads safety policy; 6. Work closely with ads integrity execution team and training team, ensure policy changes are conveyed and implemented timely.
1. Bachelor's degree or above; 2. Equip with regional and global view and have excellent verbal and written English communication skills; 3. 3 to 5 years' experience in ads safety, understanding the formulation of ads safety policy, having working experience in well-known ads safety platform or outsourcing ads integrity team, and having background of legal affairs, advertising, or media is preferred; 4. Excellent skills of communication, coordination, intercultural understanding, cross-team cooperation, and team management; 5. Detail-oriented, patient and rigorous, principled and able to think in big-picture; 6. Able to work under pressure, with strong work enthusiasm and self-motivation; 7. Accept global business trip.
