As a Compliance Auditor, you will work on a team of real estate licensees that oversees all compliance and administrative details throughout the transaction process. The support our Compliance Auditors provide allows our Agents to focus on building client relationships and advancing their businesses. Compliance Auditors will have a critical role in ensuring our files are complete, managing the review process throughout the entire transaction. Your goal is to make life easier for agents and clients every step of the way by ensuring all files are 100% compliant. You bring extensive experience and strong industry knowledge to each and every contract you process.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine reviews of open sales transactions to ensure that file reviews are occurring regularly
• Work with Transaction Coordinators collaboratively to enhance efficiencies
• Conduct a comprehensive review of sale transaction files prior to the scheduled close of escrow
• Verify that agent payment disbursements are prepared and submitted to the escrow/title company
• Ensure that each closing meets a zero miss compliance goal
• Ensure real estate contracts are processed properly and in a timely matter, with a focus on the details
• Managing and tracking contract deadlines to ensure all timelines are met
• Careful attention to file review requirements

Skills and Qualifications:

• B.A. or B.S. degree
• In-depth knowledge of Real Estate Transaction Coordination - MLS, Winforms, DocuSign, Google suite, experience with PlanetRE a plus
• 5+ years of real estate experience
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Real estate license preferred
• Customer service oriented personality
• Impeccable attention to detail and problem-solving skills
