We are seeking a Legal Operations Analyst for a six-month contract to support our legal team. This role is primarily focused on managing our bespoke, in-house eBilling system and providing critical administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of legal workflows. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented professional capable of working autonomously in a fast-paced, background-support capacity. This position is a fixed-term contract.

What you’ll do…
  • eBilling Management: Take primary ownership of our 100% bespoke eBilling system, including reviewing, processing, and inputting invoices.
  • System Maintenance: Perform regular updates and data entry within the internal legal systems to maintain accuracy.
  • Contract Management: Manage and maintain documents within the company’s CLM (Contract Lifecycle Management) system
  • Administrative Support: Manage and update the legal calendar with critical deadlines and assist with various ongoing legal matters.
  • Workflow Oversight: Assist Legal Ops Director and the broader team with administrative tasks to ensure project milestones are met.
What you’ll bring…
  • Legal Billing Expertise: Demonstrated experience in legal billing is the most critical requirement for this role.
  • Experience with AirTable, Jira, DocuSign, including setting up workflows and templates
  • Familiarity with CLM systems or contract management platforms (SpotDraft a plus)
  • Previous experience as a paralegal, supporting a legal department or legal operations is highly preferred.
  • Strong administrative and document management skills
  • Litigation experience is a plus.
  • Pacific Time preferred
