The Opportunity
Commvault is seeking a motivated Legal Intern to join the Corporate Trust Team and gain hands-on experience in corporate governance and public company disclosures.
Responsibilities:
- Research key topics for SEC filings, including proxy statement and periodic reports
- Research and apply modern best practices to our governance documents, including charters, guidebooks, and policies
- Track corporate legal news, including case developments and enforcement actions
- Initiate and execute your own “intern project” that builds trust in the business
- Undertakes additional responsibilities, as assigned
Requirements:
- Current law student
- Legal research
- Effective written communication for attorneys and non-attorney businesspeople
- Interest in responsible corporate governance
- Can-do attitude
Must be available to work from Tuesday, May 26th until Friday, August 7th.
Eligibility Requirements
1. Be at least 17 years of age prior to scheduled start date.
2. Be currently enrolled at an accredited institution.
3. Be enrolled at an accredited institution the semester immediately following the summer internship program (Fall 2026).
