Role Overview:
We are seeking a U.S.-qualified attorney with approximately 4–5 years of experience to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software licensing, commercial procurement, and contract negotiation, and will be expected to work independently with internal and external stakeholders, while closely collaborating with our Israel-based legal team and reporting to the General Counsel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements, including SaaS, software licensing, reseller, partner, NDA, and procurement agreements.
- Provide legal support to U.S. sales, procurement, and business operations.
- Act as a point of contact for U.S. legal issues and coordinate with internal and external counsel where necessary.
- Advise on U.S. legal risks and ensure compliance with applicable laws and company policies.
- Support privacy, compliance, and employment matters (a plus).
Requirements
- J.D. degree and licensed to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
- 4–5 years of relevant experience, ideally including in-house experience in a technology company or at a law firm with a strong tech/commercial practice.
- Hands-on experience with SaaS and software licensing agreements.
- Experience supporting procurement and vendor-side agreements.
- Knowledge of U.S. privacy laws (e.g., CCPA, CPRA) – a plus.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize workload, and handle a variety of matters in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent judgment, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable working remotely and across time zones.
