What You’ll Do

DeepIntent is looking for a Contracts Manager to join its Legal Team. In this role, you will be acting as project manager for the legal team and have the opportunity to lead the full lifecycle of the company’s contracting process from initiation to completion as well as support attorneys across the team. You will report to the Director of Legal and collaborate with and support attorneys on the Legal Team.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Managing our active contract negotiations and contract repository in Ironclad (our contract management system) to improve and ensure consistency, efficiency, and scalability of the contracting process.  
  • Provide daily contracting support, including reviewing, developing, and preparing agreements such as vendor agreements, NDAs, statements of work, and amendments.
  • Assist in developing and refining legal documents, including contract templates, clauses, policies, notice letters, and processes to improve business efficiency and mitigate risks.
  • Conduct legal research on contract interpretation and compliance risks, and provide business-friendly guidance.
  • Coordinate and manage Legal projects, liaising between team members to manage expectations and ensuring timely completion and alignment with objectives.
  • Support and improve processing of requests for information, requests for proposals, and vendor due diligence.
  • Maintain and update contract information and archiving for easy retrieval, tracking, and accuracy of records.  
  • Develop guidance and facilitate internal training on contract and compliance-related topics that support operational efficiency.

Who You Are: 

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university required;
  • 5+ years of experience in contract management, paralegal, or similar experience within a law firm or legal department with experience reviewing, drafting, and negotiating a broad range of commercial contracts (DUAs a plus);
  • Team player with exceptional written and verbal communication and organization skills;
  • Proven ability to lead and prioritize multiple projects/deadlines in a fast-paced environment;
  • Proactive with strong analytical skills and the ability to exercise independent judgment;
  • Experience in technology, advertising, AdTech, and/or digital media is a big plus;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Ironclad or similar software; 
  • Potential travel up to once a quarter


DeepIntent is proud to offer a competitive compensation package inclusive of a base salary range of $95,000 -$100,000. The base salary range takes into consideration each candidates skills, experience and qualifications. In addition, we offer an annualized bonus plan and competitive benefits as well as many other company offerings.
