Job Description- Draft, review, and manage commercial contracts end-to-end.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.
- Support investment-related operations and compliance; coordinate with the corporate secretary.
- Bachelor’s in Law, Business, or related field.
- 2+ years’ experience in contracts and/or compliance.
- Strong communication in English & Bahasa Indonesia.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and deadline-driven.
- Investment and/or litigation experience is a plus.
