The Learning Program Manager - Utilization Management is responsible for organizing, developing, and managing programs and initiatives to successful completion. The scope of this job includes developing and facilitating programs that align with strategic direction, as well as maintaining program budgets and operating plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate onboarding, ongoing education, and targeted re-education sessions to reinforce key UM concepts, processes, and best practices for clinical, non-clinical, and all PAC Advance staff members.
  • Continuously assess training effectiveness and adjust content and delivery methods as needed.
  • Gather feedback from participants to refine training programs and optimize learning experiences.
  • Develop and articulate program goals, objectives, and milestones in alignment with organizational strategies.
  • Assist in building and enhancing educational materials related to UM, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and accessibility, while also developing a comprehensive program plans that include timelines, budgets, resource requirements, and change management requirements.
  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements, communicate program objectives, and manage expectations to ensure education programs align with the latest policies, procedures, and industry standards.
  • Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders to promote support and cooperation throughout the program lifecycle.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency within the program.
  • Meet and communicate with stakeholders regularly to provide transparency of program status, issues, and decisions.
  • Perform other job duties as assigned.

 

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
  • At least 4-6 years relevant work experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong background in learning program management, education, and/or training within a healthcare and/or utilization management environment.
  • Highly preferred RN, PT, or OT.
  • Experience developing and delivering training content, both in-person and virtual.
  • Experience in utilization review, case management, and/or managed care.
  • Ability to translate complex UM processes into clear, digestible learning materials.
  • Computer skills including but not limited to MS Office, and MS Excel.

 

Job Expectations:

  • Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed.
  • Willing to travel up to 30% based on business needs.
  • Must work in accordance with applicable security policies and procedures to safeguard company and client information.
  • Must be able to sit and view a computer screen for extended periods of time.
