Job responsibilities
- Develop engaging, effective, digital-first learning solutions for a diverse workforce
- Partner with subject matter experts and stakeholders to design and deploy innovative, multi-media training programs that drive business results
- Leverage microlearning, AI-driven solutions, and emerging technologies such as Gen AI simulations to boost learning adoption and engagement
- Measure and report on the impact of training programs to demonstrate business value
- Monitor learner feedback and collaborate with stakeholders to continuously innovate and improve training offerings
- Apply emerging AI technologies seamlessly within the flow of work
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to implement learning solutions
- Ensure all learning activities are well-designed and meet development and accessibility standards
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- College degree or certification in a relevant field, or prior experience in learning development or branch banking
- Up-to-date knowledge of AI advancements in learning and educational technology trends
- Demonstrated experience designing and implementing training solutions that elevate skills
- Ability to effectively apply AI technologies in the flow of work
- Proven track record of collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement solutions
- Strong project management skills with success managing multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills
- Proactive self-starter, able to work independently and as part of a team - organized, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and delivery-focused
- Strong relationship management skills; able to interact with employees at all level
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable presenting to large and small groups
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- 3+ years' experience in the financial services industry, focusing on training, learning and development, human resources, and/or program management
- Proficiency in learning management systems, Zoom, SurveyMonkey, LLM Suite, and Mentimeter
- Knowledge of Consumer Banking preferred
