The Learning Experience Designer will develop innovative AI-enhanced learning experiences, guide design efforts, collaborate with teams, and ensure program effectiveness.
About the Role:
We are seeking a Learning Experience Designer to design high-impact, innovative learning experiences that drive behavior change and skill development. This role will focus on designing live, virtual, asynchronous, and AI-enhanced learning experiences, while also exploring how AI can redefine the way people learn.
Reporting to the Sr. Director of Learning Experience and Coaching, this role will lead learning design efforts in collaboration with subject matter experts (SMEs), instructional designers, and product teams. We are looking for someone who is highly collaborative, adept at working with SMEs, and experienced in guiding the learning design process from concept to execution.

What You’ll Do:
Lead Learning Design Efforts: Guide the design and development of high-quality, interactive learning experiences that blend live, virtual, asynchronous, and AI-enhanced components to maximize engagement and effectiveness.
Innovate in Hybrid and AI-Powered Learning: Reimagine how AI can support and enhance learning design, workflows, and learner experiences—from personalized content recommendations to AI-driven coaching and simulations.
Be a Thought Partner for AI in Learning: Experiment with AI prompting and explore its potential in instructional design, helping define the future flow of AI-driven learning experiences.
Ensure Impact and Engagement: Apply evidence-based instructional design principles to develop programs that are both engaging and measurably effective in skill development. Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with SMEs, instructional designers, product managers, and engineers to co-design scalable and innovative learning solutions.
Provide Expert-Level Feedback: Evaluate and refine learning content, providing constructive feedback to ensure instructional integrity, engagement, and effectiveness. Support Continuous Improvement: Partner with stakeholders to assess learning outcomes, gather feedback, and refine programs based on data and learner insights.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience in Instructional Design & Learning Science – Strong expertise in designing live, virtual, and asynchronous learning experiences. eLearning experience is a plus.
Curiosity & Experience with AI in Learning – A basic understanding of AI prompting and a genuine interest in exploring AI-driven learning solutions. Someone who enjoys tinkering with AI and rethinking how learning can evolve through AI-powered experiences.
Strong Collaboration & Communication Skills – A natural collaborator who can work effectively with SMEs, facilitators, designers, and engineers to develop impactful learning solutions.
Expertise in Content Review & Iteration – Experience providing detailed feedback on learning content, ensuring clarity, engagement, and instructional effectiveness.
Technology-Driven Mindset – Ability to leverage digital learning platforms, authoring tools, AI, and learning analytics to enhance program effectiveness.
Creative & Strategic Thinker – Passion for pushing the boundaries of traditional learning and designing experiences that truly drive behavior change.
Commitment to Measurable Impact – A data-informed approach to designing and evaluating learning experiences.
