About the Team
This position reports to the Senior Director, Organizational Change Management. The L&D Manager will have direct reports/build out a team of analysts to support different global regions and will work closely with our regional OCM leads.
This is a hybrid role with the flexibility to be based out of any of our corporate offices in North America (Florenceville, Toronto, or Oakbrook Terrace, IL). Some travel may be required for training delivery, go-live support, and cross-regional coordination.

Compensation Package : $97,500.00 - $130,000.00 CAD annually + bonus eligibility

Accountabilities
- Own the global training strategy and execution plan for the digital transformation program, encompassing an ERP upgrade and a new global sales and operations planning system.
- Act as the training product owner-translate user needs into high-impact, repeatable training experiences.
- Work closely with business transformation leads to extract process insight and translate it into practical learning.
- Partner with technical teams to ensure alignment between system design and training delivery.
- Hold consulting partners accountable for delivering high-quality, relevant training content-and rapidly iterate when quality misses the mark.
- Work with corporate L&D to embed training into enterprise platforms, tools, and the learning culture.
- Design and roll out a scalable Train-the-Trainer model, ensuring global consistency with local flexibility.
- Measure training effectiveness through testing, behavior adoption, and feedback loops; refine accordingly.
- Simplify complexity-bring order to chaos in high-pressure, ambiguous environments and drive execution.
- Serve as a visible leader across teams to champion learning and user readiness.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5-7 years in transformation training, learning & development, or change enablement roles, ideally within large-scale ERP or supply chain system implementations.
- Proven experience delivering training within global digital transformation programs.
- Strong track record of managing external partners and consulting firms for training deliverables.
- Ability to design for learning and behavior change-not just training events.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills across business, IT, and transformation functions.
- Confident in ambiguous, complex, and fast-paced environments-comfortable making decisions without perfect information.
- Highly organized project driver who can prioritize, sequence, and deliver multiple training streams on deadline.
- Experience with Train-the-Trainer models and measuring training effectiveness.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with adult learning theory, behavioral design, or user-centered training development.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA, Blue Yonder, and digital learning platforms like SuccessFactors, WalkMe, etc.
- Background in business transformation, organizational change management, or lean process improvement.
