Support the development of different learning materials including but not limited to powerpoint decks, guidelines, e-learning modules and etc.
Assist in learning operation such as drafting learning invites, sending invitations, managing learning records and etc.
Participate in the design and implementation of culture and employee engagement related projects.
Collaborate with different business and support teams to create high-quality cultural stories with the use of different multimedia such as videos, posters, blogs.
Draft and design posters, banners and emails to promote learning and culture related programs
Bachelor or Master student in HR or Communications or related major.
Great communicator and willing to interact with employees to understand their needs.
Excellent in content creation such as employee stories, visuals, infographics and promotion materials.
Able to work independently with strong collaboration skill and team spirit.
Love to learn and eager to explore new things.
Experience in using Photoshop, Canva and video editing software.
Fluent in both spoken and written English; Mandarin is a plus.

Actual pay may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This position will be eligible for 1 hour of paid sick leave for every 30 hours worked and up to 13 paid holidays throughout the calendar year.
