What We Look For in Future L&D Hires

We regularly seek professionals with experience in:

  • Instructional design (internal, external, or customer-facing)

  • Leadership development and manager training

  • Onboarding program design and optimization

  • Sales enablement and performance support

  • Tools such as Articulate 360, Rise, Google Vids, LMS platforms, or AI-based learning tools
