We are building out the L&D function from the ground up. This position will work directly with the Head of L&D and will focus on developing enterprise-wide learning programs, with a special emphasis on manager training as an immediate priority. We are looking for someone who is has a high learner-centric mindset and can design and deliver internal professional development training programs, as well as HR / People Process trainings, create supporting toolkits, while managing, curating and maintain learning content within Cornerstone (LMS) and LinkedIn Learning. You will independently conduct learning needs assessments, design instructional materials, facilitate engaging sessions, and measure program effectiveness. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about adult learning, highly creative, and comfortable balancing strategic design work with hands-on facilitation.


WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Work closely with the Head of L&D, People Business Partners (PBPs) and key leaders across our business to develop and implement effective learning programs that align with Anduril’s objectives.
  • Own the end-to-end process for learning needs assessments, identify capability gaps and development opportunities, from methodology design through execution and insights delivery, ensuring alignment with business priorities and employee development goals.
  • Own the end-to-end design and delivery of impactful learning experiences that drive employee development and business results.
  • Create learner-centered training solutions using instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM, Design Thinking) including ways to achieve behavior change in support of our culture transformation efforts.
  • Develop high-quality instructional materials including facilitator guides, participant guides, eLearning, microlearning, and job aids.
  • Facilitate live (virtual and/or in-person) training sessions with energy, clarity, and flexibility to meet learner needs, while utilizing digital tools and technologies to create engaging, interactive learning experiences.
  • Partner closely with subject matter experts (SMEs) and stakeholders to ensure content relevance and alignment to business priorities.
  • Measure training effectiveness and continuously improve programs based on learner feedback, assessments, and business outcomes.
  • Design and run ‘train-the-trainer’ sessions to build a cadre of facilitators internally. Provide ongoing training, feedback, and resources to enhance their effectiveness.
  • Plan and facilitate on and off-sites and trainings and ‘train-the-trainer’, including training/workshops as well as team and manager effectiveness sessions.
  • Utilize our learning management system (Cornerstone) to manage course content, track learner progress, establish learning goals, assign learning content and partner with Data Analytics team to analyze learning data and outcomes.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • 6-8 years in related Learning & Development and Organization Effectiveness roles, inclusive of 5+ years of experience in instructional design and corporate training facilitation.
  • Proven ability to independently design, deliver, and evaluate learning programs.
  • Expertise with instructional design methodologies (e.g., ADDIE, SAM, Design Thinking) and adult learning principles.
  • Strong facilitation skills with experience engaging diverse, global audiences both virtually and in-person.
  • High proficiency in digital learning tooling and technologies, specifically Cornerstone LMS, LinkedIn Learning, Captivate and Articulate, with desired skills in Slido, PowerPoint, Canva, Miro, Zoom, Rise, Vyond and Grovo.
  • Proven experience independently designing and executing learning needs assessments in a corporate environment.
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, project management and strong collaboration skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to mentor and guide individuals from a variety of backgrounds and diverse skill levels
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity, adapt quickly to shifting priorities and work effectively under pressure with multiple deliverables

US Salary Range

$114,000$171,000 USD

 

The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations. Highly competitive equity grants are included in the majority of full time offers; and are considered part of Anduril's total compensation package.
